This short tutorial helps you find the Domain Authorization Code on Porkbun for transfer purposes:
1. Login to your Porkbun account
Use the top SIGN IN button to login into your account.
2. Expand domain details
Locate your domain and click the Details button to expand the options.
If you want to transfer the domain, toggle the "Domain Lock" button so it turns red, indicating that the domain can be transferred. This does not apply if you only want to view the Authorization Code without making the transfer.
3. Get Authorization Code
Click the "Get Authorization Code" button, which will open a "Transfer Out" modal.
You will see the Domain Authorization Code listed as the “Auth Code” in the modal.
For Porkbun, the Domain Authorization Code will be regenerated each time you clicking the "Get Authorization Code". Therefore, the next time you click the button, the previous code will be invalid.
